3. Do you ship internationally?

4. How long does shipping take?

  • USA Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track it online in real time.


6. What if my seeds arrive damaged or I receive the wrong product?

Please contact us at croprocket@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We’ll replace or refund your order promptly.


7. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
