1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx for reliable and trackable deliveries.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. However, certain countries may have restrictions on importing seeds or plant materials.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products comply with their local import regulations. CROP ROCKET LLC is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or confiscated packages.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
We are not responsible for delayed or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at croprocket@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

  • We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement/refund where applicable.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
