Opened or sown seeds, live plants, or damaged items due to improper storage are not eligible for return.

Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at croprocket@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the product back.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
